Thank you, CYA

Each July, the CYA Conference is a highlight of the children’s writing calendar. Held in Brisbane, Australia, and online, the event is packed full with workshops, inspiring talks and opportunities to receive feedback from publishers. There is also a competition that provides a chance to enter stories across a number of categories. I have entered this competition for a few years now, and this year I was thrilled to achieve a placing for my non-fiction picture book. Thank you, CYA, for both the opportunities and the sense of community. This conference is an event not to be missed!
